Cole’s Concierge Services, believe that senior citizens should never be forced to sacrifice their standard of living or removed from their familiar place. We will render services wherever our client's place of living is, but our primary goal is to allow seniors to remain as independent as they possibly can while remaining in their own homes. Studies have shown that most seniors would rather stay in their own homes. *In 2016, a private room cost an average of $253 daily, or more than $92,000 annually, according to a 2016 survey by Genworth Financial. A semi-private room ran $225 daily, or $82,125 per year. And the average nursing home stay is 835 days, or more than two years, according to the government's latest National Nursing Home Survey.
